Our Story
During our visits to Lake Jovita to watch our son's lacrosse games at Saint Leo University, we stayed at several villas and grew fond of the community. Witnessing the area's development, we decided to become a part of it. Our journey to homeownership in Florida, led us to acquire a villa from a couple who desired to return annually for golf with their friends in Lake Jovita. This is how a couple from Washington state, found our place in the sunny state of Florida.
We hold the belief that everyone is entitled to an unforgettable vacation. It is our mission to offer a vacation rental experience that not only meets but surpasses our guests' expectations, ensuring they return time and again.
